Working principle:

Using specially designed open zero-sequence CT as sensor of measuring zero-sequence current, micro-power consumption intelligent controlling chip is as core to real-time measure zero-sequence current online and timely transmit current data measured through optical data interface. When earth fault happen, indicator will automatically distinguish fault current characteristics to judge earth fault intelligently, then transmit the data through “data remote transmit interface” and “panel indicator interface”connecting to DTU and panel indicator through the plastics optical fiber to realize remote transmitting for fault signal and measured data.

Loosen the indicator hoop screw and the end connecting line, cover the indicator iron core on cable as diagram, screw indicator hoop again and connecting line.

After indicator fixed, connect indicator’s data remote transmission interface to cable DTU through short-distance fiber optical fiber; connect indicator’s “pulse port”to panel indicator through short-distance plastic optical fiber(notice: if without panel indicator,this interface will not be connected); make sure plastic optical fiber completely connected to the end and screw tightly and well. Optical fiber length is below 15m generally, optical fiber section is cut flat with a cutting knife, is good use for optical signal transmission.

Functions:

1,Install and uninstall simply.adaptable to detect zero-sequence current in three-phase cable with outer diameter below 110mm.

2,Epoxy resin casting,adaptable to run outside in a long term.

3,Real-time detect zero-sequence current.
